The upgrade to 1.2.8 causes a temporary interruption in the display of
the real-time data. The history data is unaffected.

The reason for the interruption is that 1.2.8 uses a new file format for
storing the "tree" of zones, subnets agents and ports on disk. Thus the
Monitor,Traffic screen shows "no data" until the autodiscovery sweep is
complete and the new file is in place.

We acknowledge that simply saying "no data" is rather alarming(!) It
might be better to say "no autodiscovery data", or "autodiscovery in
progress". Suggestions welcome.
